The Role of Industry 6.0 in Enhancing Telemedicine

The advent of Industry 6.0 marks the evolution of cyber-physical convergence, integrating human-centric artificial intelligence, cognitive automation, 6G communication, and quantum computing, and self-evolving digital ecosystems. This paper explores the transformative role of Industry 6.0 in enhancing telemedicine by shifting from conventional remote consultations to autonomous, intelligent, and predictive healthcare ecosystems. The fusion of digital twins, biofeedback-driven AI, decentralized edge computing, and real-time neuromorphic processing enables telemedicine platforms to self-adapt, predict patient deterioration, and personalize treatments dynamically. A novel "Telemedicine 6.0 Framework" is introduced, leveraging quantum-secured 6G communication to facilitate zero-latency remote diagnostics, AI-driven digital twins that replicate patient physiology to simulate treatment responses before real-world application, and autonomous swarm robotics for remote surgeries with bio-signal-adaptive control systems.
