Elenilda Batista de Medeiros has a degree in Nursing from Universidade Potiguar (UNP), with specializations in Urgency and Emergency, Intensive Care (both from CEMPEX) and Aesthetics (from Faculdade NOVE). Throughout her career, she has taken part in various training courses in the areas of pre-hospital care, nephrology, pediatrics, obstetrics, auditing in health services, diagnostic catheterization, among others, always aimed at qualifying nursing care in different clinical contexts.With solid practical experience, she has worked as a nurse in various hospitals and clinics in Rio Grande do Norte, most notably the Alfredo Mesquita Filho Regional Hospital (HRAMF), where she coordinated strategic sectors such as the Medical Clinic, the Patient Safety Center and the Maternity Surgical Center. She has also worked extensively in the area of complex dressings, small outpatient surgeries and care for disabled patients, and has been a nurse at the RN Paralympic Club for over five years. Her career combines technical knowledge, management of health services and a commitment to humanizing care, which makes her a reference in the practice of nursing.
