The role of performance management system on employee performance

Performance management system ensures that managers are aware of the impact of their own behavior on the people they manage, and are encouraged to identify and exhibit positive behaviors because the success and failure of an organization depends on the availability of highly effective and competent employees. Hence ,managing employee performance raises a critical concern for many organisations , as they are looking for ways to bring out the best out of their employees.
