The role of the bankruptcy judge in collective proceedings

This book is the result of a hard work of which I treated the following subject "The role of the judge commissioner in the difficulties of the companies in MOROCCO" (which is almost the same in FRANCE). I first dealt with the legal status of the latter, and then his administrative role in this procedure which is characterised by the control of the organs of the procedure, as well as his intervention in the operations of the procedure. Finally, I have dealt with the jurisdictional role of the bankruptcy judge in two parts to be discovered.
