Ryo is Professor at Sendai University. Ryo graduated from Sendai University and studied in Special Education at Joetsu University of Education Graduate School. He did graduate work at University of Utah. Ryo worked at Andhra University in India. He was awarded Ph.D at Meisei University School and American University of Sovereign Nations.
