The Semantic Web: Trends and Challenges

This book constitutes the refereed proceedings of the 11th Extended Semantic Web Conference, ESWC 2014, held in Anissaras, Crete, Greece France, in May 2014.

The 50 revised full papers presented together with three invited talks were carefully reviewed and selected from 204 submissions. PD Dr. Steffen Staab is a senior lecturer in applied computer science at the University of Karlsruhe. He has earned a M.S.E. from University of Pennsylvania, a Dr. rer. nat. from University of Freiburg and his habilitation from University of Karlsruhe. He has done research in the fields of computational linguistics, text mining, ontology engineering, knowledge management, and peer-to-peer.
