Water steam or cloud consists of two main species: gas and condensate at least. Condensate may be liquid or ice. We consider thermodynamics equilibrium between them in the cloud. Calculations made using Internet data enable us define share of gas and condensate in the cloud. Surely amount measured like relative humidity in gas mode is equal to the share of condensate of H2O in the cloud. The remnant are gas of H2O.
