Over the few last years, the popularity of hospitality increased very much, especially in SMEs which play a key role in the national economy. They help to create a healthy business environment and to increase market dynamics. With this boom in popularity has also come a rise in the need for evaluation of services and very little academics literature exists on how to best utilize this area not only for hospitality. Traditional business approaches to SMEs are no longer adequate as the environment has totally changed. This book, provides a new metric of competition for SMEs and evaluation of its services. The analysis should help shed some light on this exciting business environment, and should be useful to professionals in all brands of services, or anyone else who may be considering utilizing evaluation of services or competitiveness of SMEs. In conclusion the work gives recommendations and proposals regarding the increase in competitiveness, including practical applications. Considering the ongoing global economic crisis, the entrepreneurs must realize that a satisfied customer is a real wealth. Many entrepreneurs do not understand this simple truth.
