Generation Gap is increasing day by day between young and elder generation in Bangladesh.After liberation war 1971,A rapid change occurred in Bangladesh.Within this first changing social order,time interval between generation is merely a moment.Consequently it creates gap into the process of thinking between one generation and the next.Western culture easily jumped in this country by the hand of young.But the elder generation holds their traditional thoughts and rarely adapt with the changes and situations.In many cases elder generation try to impose their thoughts upon the young.Thus the young and the old posses conflicting attitude.Failure in creating a healthy balance in the gap, leads problem.Young should listen to the old but must take their own decisions with discretion and A balanced perspective.The future generation will be better than each preceding generation.

P.K.Ghosh has obtained his graduate degree in Sociology from Khulna University,Bangladesh in 2011.At present he is a student of M.S.S Programme in same University.He is a cadet of Bangladesh National Cadet Corps (BNCC)from 2007.He is related with many organizations.He is interested in Social Research.
