The social construction of the concept of leadership

The concept of leadership circulates widely in various social institutions. In schools, it could not be any different. Teachers and managers who are leaders are idealized as special people by groups. Thus, this book aims to analyze leadership as a social phenomenon, observing which movements and knowledge allow some people to be qualified as leaders in schools.
