This research recommended to reduce the spread of the COVID-19 outbreak, the government can lock down territories or perhaps on a national scale with cautious policy while still considering the adequacy of food, communication networks, electricity, and water for the community at regionally or nationally so that people do not get out home to work. The COVID-19 outbreak education was still needed so that people's self-awareness increased, they still wanted to stay at home, always wash their hands with soap, always drink warm water, provide hand sanitizer installed at home, always wash hands after outside the home, use soap to wash hands, provide antiseptics at home, and consume Vit C and E and get enough sleep.
