The Socio-Economic Effects of the Present Political System in Romania

Considering the controversies in the political field, with their openings and limits in theory, we considered the political system in all senses what is given, including both political awareness in its psychological and ideological components and political relations, the relationships driven alliance of groups, intermediate classes or relations between institutions and political organizations with a mediating transposition role of social communities political ideology in practical political action in order to conquest, consolidate, control, preserve or defend their political power. With all this evidence, we opted for political system reductionism to the public policy context, at the formulation and implementation level, as policy decisions of the government, correlated with the purpose of choosing the means and the resources allocated to achieve the objectives in a specific socio-economic circumstances. Thus, in order to identify opportunities for measurement of "government efficiency" we involved both qualitative aspects, which focuses on individuals and cases, individual perceptions and experiences, personal values, as well as quantitative aspects.
