The Storm of Shame. Life is a Story - story.one

Æschylus was a young man, cursed with a name he did not want to live up to. His aspirations in becoming a succesful politician that actually cared about his people were so strong, even dying and coming back as a Vampire couldn't scare him off. But getting to the desired position is not the hardest part of his journey, far from it. How will he navigate the challenges of corruption and treachery now that he's also a part of it? It doesn't help, that there is a storm in the making inside him, his emotions swirling and making his gut feel heavy with shame. This storm is just waiting to be let out.

Autorentext

I can proudly say that after little 7-year-old me gave up on being a princess, her next best choice was to be an author. Maybe it was the fact that this way I could make princesses and dragons and all that cool stuff reality, maybe just because my teachers liked to read my essays, but I've always loved reading and writing stories. When I first got introduced to the english language, I really didn't like it, but after I learned it, I thought to myself: this is the language I want to use to make my dreams come true. I was always more interested in Fantasy, especially High Fantasy. It gives you a possibility to escape the real world, but can still be used wonderfully to deal with modern-world problems. The Storm of Shame will always have a special place in my heart because it is the first published work of mine.
