The strategy as a research result

Considering the construction of strategies as a result of a master's thesis implies considering their role in knowledge and learning from investigative processes, and guiding them to the search for practical results, based on certain purposes and contexts. In this sense, research carried out from the master's degree "Management of University Training Processes" of the Center for Pedagogical Studies "Manuel F. Gran" of the Universidad de Oriente, show as a final result of theses various proposals of strategies with actions that combine different methods, techniques and tools, and management intentions (from undergraduate and postgraduate), to achieve changes whose levels of applicability are endorsed by the various institutions where they were applied.These results constitute working instruments towards the improvement of the training process and consolidation of the knowledge of the traditions apprehended, and, consequently, of the work in Higher Education. It is a work that seeks to socialize the cognitive desire of teachers, who show creativity and objectivity.

Il est professeur de recherche au Centro Estudios Gran et membre du groupe de formation doctorale de l'Universidad de Oriente.
