The Team is the Boss

In this book, I explain the six hurdles that can stand in the way of genuine organic self-organisation. With the help of specially developed models, methods and tools, readers gain a much deeper and more practical understanding of self-organisation than they would from anecdotal examples. So it's not about rolling out a philosophy of participatory collaboration, but about helping your team in a very concrete way to plan and execute their projects in their own interests. This is particularly interesting for start-ups, as they often don't have a real boss. But even in modern agile management, we will inevitably have to take more and more steps towards self-motivated self-organisation. This requires both the appropriate tools and concepts, which I provide as a method developer, and the necessary skills, which the team must develop itself. I show how this can be achieved in an elegant way.

As a method developer, I have developed exclusive tools, models and methods for self-organised teams and companies, which I share in this book. It also includes some excellent tools from colleagues. The book is about the successful practice of organic self-organisation among people with a common goal. To this end, I describe six hurdles that every team has to overcome whether they are aware of them or not. According to my research, there is nothing comparable on the market. Mit dem Modell der Quanten-Matrix erkläre ich im Buch "Tanz der Quanten" darüber, wie der Geist und Welt zusammenhängen. Meine Methoden und Modelle gründen sich auf ein humanistisches Verständnis. Ich konnte unter anderem von Dr. Marshall Rosenberg, dem Begründer der Gewaltfreien Kommunikation und von Prof. Nossrat Peseschkian, dem Begründer der Positiven Psychotherapie viel über das Wesen des Menschen und seine Motivationen lernen. ich bin angebunden an den interdisziplinären Forschungskreises des Ethik-Instituts IEPG in Mannheim Als Forscher bin ich unabhängig und weder Profit noch Ansehen verpflichtet. Als Freund der Pflanzen, Tiere und Menschen erhoffe ich eine Welt, in der der die Fürsorglichkeit der Menschen - auch Menschlichkeit genannt - einen sehr kraftvollen und lebendigen Frieden erzeugen wird.
