This is a book that explains how an organisation can be started and managed to be successful. It presents several models - TIES, 4i, 8P'IDM, REQI, BBCM, Strategic Planning, Societal Sustainability, among others - that help entrepreneurs and intrapreneurs to innovate, analyse information, implement new ventures and assess internal and external organisational impacts. The text is based in dozens of scientific papers, book chapters and other books, defending a new approach to management that considers the human being as the centre of human endeavour. The ideas developed in the book provide an opportunity to reflexion and analysis of the New Testament's messages, namely of the words of Jesus Christ. This book is useful to everyone, in particular to entrepreneurs, managers, and university teachers and students.

João M. S. Carvalho is a Researcher at CICS-NOVA.UMinho and UNICES/ISMAI, and Prof. at Univ. Institute of Maia, Portugal. He has a MSc in Economics and a PhD in Business Sciences, as well as many years of management, trainer and consultancy experience. He has published several books, book chapters and articles in international scientific journals.
