The use of ICT in organisations: A case study of Kanjaya, Ltd

The purpose of this study is to understand how Angolan organisations use information and communication technologies (ICT) as a tool for improving management. It is guided by the requirements of the APA standard - 6th edition. In the first section, the general and specific objectives, variables, hypotheses and scope of the study were presented, along with the rationale for choosing the topic, which is the fact that the information and communication technology sector is an emerging sector in the Republic of Angola. Next, the company Kanjaya, Lda, which is the subject of the study, was presented. The expected result was to verify how Angolan organisations use information and communication technologies (ICT) as a tool for improving management.
