THE USE OF INFORMATION SYSTEMS IN PUBLIC SERVICE

The use of an efficient Information System is of great importance for any kind of organization. In the public sector it is no different. The quality of the system interferes directly in the productivity of the public servants. In this sense, this book presents an analysis of the users' perception of the Electronic Judicial Process (EJP). In addition, proposals for improvements are made focusing on the internal, external and in-use quality of the system and organizational processes.
