The use of LM in English as a foreign language classrooms

This study aims to investigate the perceptions of teachers and students regarding the use of Portuguese as a mother tongue (MT) in English as a foreign language (FL) classrooms. This is a monograph presented in 2013 at the Institute of Language Studies, State University of Campinas (UNICAMP), as a partial requirement for obtaining the title of "Bachelor of Arts - Portuguese", under the supervision of Matilde Virginia Ricardi Scaramucci.
