The value chain in management processes

Today's organizations require flexibility to adapt to the changing environment and achieve sustainable operations, which is closely related to the management of the production process. In this sense, this research approach of a Management Model aims to generate a preliminary analysis in the optimization processes of the value chain of seed companies. The research is integrated by three areas of study. In order to raise reflections of the current context of business management linked to: General information of the value chain, national context, as well as, the structure and functioning of the corn value chain.
