School coexistence has always been an issue that has always concerned the educational sector, as it is an important factor in learning. Therefore, the main objective of this study is to design the strategy of virtual literary discussion to improve school coexistence in the Mallaritos Educational Institution, responding to a problem of the population under study. For this research we used a non-experimental design that will be applied in a transversal way. Likewise, a questionnaire with 22 items divided into four dimensions was applied: Interpersonal relationships, Democratic discipline, Relationship with the context and Cyberbehavior, applied to a sample of 43 students in the fourth grade of secondary school. The validity of the instruments was done under three aspects: criterion validity, construct validity and content validity determined through the judgment of experts. These experts rated the pertinence and relevance of the instruments. Reliability was measured through Cronbach and McDonald where 0.952 was obtained in both results.
