I hailed from a family of legal professionals and inspired by that, I took a keen interest in the study of law. I obtained a diploma certificate in law in 1982 and in 1987 was awarded a Bachelor of Laws degree in Comparative Laws.I have been an occasional participant in the annual Hague Academy Summer programme in International Law.
