Organizational change management is inextricably linked with the necessity of solving the problems that because of the growing dynamics of the environment are becoming more complex. The problems appearing in the process of designing and implementing changes require new methods and instruments of management. Their selection is also connected with modern management philosophies that are born under the pressure of phenomena taking place in the external environment of the organization.
