Theories of International Relations: An Introductory Text. This book offers a more concise view of relevant theories of International Relations. It updates some of the existing theories in International Relations and treated a new theory known as mass demonstration theory which is derived from the experiences gathered from the Arab awakening. The book was prompted by the need to provide a concise reading material that will cover the relevant theories of International Relations.

Akwen, Gabriel Tyoyila M.Sc. (International Relations and Strategic Studies) lectures in the Department of Political Science, Novena University Ogume, Delta State Nigeria. He has been teaching courses in Political Science and International Relations. He has several publication to his credit both in local and International Journals.
