The current mirror is one of the key elements in analog circuit design. They are frequently used in analog and mixed signal circuit design. With the rapid development of computers and communications, more and more chips are required to have small size, low power and wide dynamic range. For high performance analog circuit applications, the accuracy and output impedance are the most important parameters to determine the performance of the current mirror. The book proposes the current mirrors designed using different techniques. Current mirrors find application in designing of operational trans-conductance amplifier (OTAs), filters, oscillators, amplifiers, integrators, differentiators, etc.

Dr. Shruti Suman completed her PhD (Engineering), M. Tech. (VLSI Design), B. E. (ECE) in 2017, 2012 and 2010 respectively. Currently she is working as Assistant Professor in ECE Department at Mody University of Science & Technology, Rajasthan.Ms. Harshita Saini completed her M. Tech. (VLSI Design) and B. Tech. (ECE) in 2018 and 2016 respectively.
