Theory and Practice of the Executive Process

The History of Procedural Law in Cuba, especially in the first audience of Cuba, which is the Audiencia de Santa María del Puerto del Príncipe, today Camagüey, in its 220th anniversary, we pay tribute to all the jurists who have worked in that solemn center of jurists in Cuba. This work serves as a reminder to jurists who worked in this training center for professionals, some who have already left this world and others who are living in other latitudes, but their work and their mark are in the archives that treasure thousands of works and sentences of these professionals. This work will be able to enrich many theoretical and practical researches about the reality of the beginnings and insertion of the executive process in the Economic Chambers from Camagüey. The executive process in Cuba, a necessity, after the disintegration of the USSR, the Cuban economy has suffered a very severe blow, there was a breach of economic contracts, so that increased the default of payment, increasing a chain of non-payment, which forces to take a procedural response with the executive process from the procedure and processing of the Executive Process of the Cuban Civil Law.
