There is a supply of unskilled labor that is absorbed by a demand for this mostly Aymara labor force. Thus, if a labor market is not developed to prepare the technical development of the labor force, which means better salaries and higher consumption, the country will not develop economically and will not be able to provide jobs for the unemployed or those employed in the so-called "informal" economy.
