Golenkov Vyacheslav Alexandrovich is Doctor of Engineering, Professor, Rector of the Orel State Technical University (1995-2012). Since 2012, he is President of the State University-UNPK, Founder of a scientific school in the field of advanced materials processing technologies, and has more than 200 scientific and scientific-methodological works, including monographs, study guides, over 50 copyright certificates and patents for inventions. Since 2016, he is Head of the scientific school at the FSBEI HE (Federal State Budget Educational Establishment of Higher Education) "Orel State University named after I.S. Turgenev", Laureate of the State Prize of the Russian Federation in the field of science and technology, Laureate of the Prize of the President of the Russian Federation in the field of education, Laureate of the Prize of the Government of the Russian Federation in the field of science and technology, Laureate of the Prize of the Government of the Russian Federationin the field of education, and Honorary Worker of Higher Professional Education of the Russian Federation.
