The book contains complete review of cypermethrin toxicity in animals and humans and therapeutic use of piperine and curcumin. Among several well-established methods for assessment of cell antioxidant potential, lipid peroxidation and biochemical markers has been included. Delayed hypersensitivity assay as a marker of cell-mediated immune response and Comet assay as an indicator of DNA damage in bone marrow have been incorporated. The complete results of piperine and curcuim on subchronic cypermethrin toxicity in rats have been included.
