Therapeutically significant Mannich bases

Mannich reaction is a multi-component condensation of a primary or secondary amine and having an active hydrogen compound and affords aminomethylated products. In this book, an effort is put to synthesize about 40 Mannich bases from various glutarimides. It also involved the spectroscopic,elemental,antimicrobial,toxicity and QSAR studies has been done. This book may be referred for Students of M.Sc., M.Pharma and Ph.D. along with teachers and researchers of organic chemistry.
