The fourth chapter discusses the finite element modeling and simulation of friction stir welding of aluminium alloy, mild steel and stainless steel. The fifth chapter presents the experiment of friction stir welding. The sixth, seventh and eight chapter presents the thermal history of aluminium alloy, mild steel.
