Pyrimidine and its derivatives reside a distinctive and exclusive position in human existence with great biological and medicinal significance such as anti-inflammatory, antiviral, antibacterial, antitumor, calcium channel antagonist, antihypertensive and anticancer activities. Trusting in mind a variety of biomedical uses and pharmacological profile, various 1,2,4-triazolo pyrimidines, thiazolo[3,2-a]pyrimidines and substituted quinazolinone were prepared and screened for their biological actions after their biological prediction studies. The work has been a continuation of our work from the series of six books namely Pyrimidines, Quinazolines, Pyrimidines fused with heterocyclic rings, Novel Pyrazoles part I and Novel Pyrazoles part II and Triazolo Pyrimidines. The book entitled "Thiazolo Pyrimidines : Synthesis and Biological Prediction Study" comprises of the literature Survey of Pyrimidnes and the Synthesis, Characterization and Biological Prediction Study of Thiazolo Pyrimidine Derivatives. The content in the books is highly significant for the researchers and students of synthetic organic, heterocyclic, pharmaceutical & medicinal chemistry.
