Thinking distortions and cognitive triad

Introduction Women have been the object of study for decades, in most cases, they themselves have been the researchers of their own history, however, one of the themes revolves around the search for equality, of which they have been deprived for centuries and are still in search of it. The question is, what continues to limit equality between men and women? In this respect, various factors can be named, among them violence, in which women have been involved, giving rise to gender violence, as well as the thoughts that are generated on the subject of violence, which are derived from previous experiences that have arisen within a socio-cultural context, and which condition the permanence of a woman in the face of violence.
