Thinking of Others: Understanding Entitativity

Entitativity is the concept of how an individual, within a group setting, comes to see differences (real or imagined) that may possibly lead to prejudice. This is a researched and applied n in-depth look at the roots and impact of prejudice, and how it relates to a variety of concepts beyond protected classes. It is intended to be helpful in learning how prejudices, and awareness of them, can affect and relate to corporate social responsibility, strategic planning at the organizational level, and establishing leadership-development systems tied to organizational goals.
