Third Party Policing: An Effective and Efficient Response to Crime

This book summarizes the findings of a legal impact study of a nuisance property ordinance based on third party policing principles. The legal impact study examined five years of pre-ordinance data and five years of post ordinance data. The book also outlines the role of the rental property manager and the findings of a survey to the rental property managers. The book concludes with a summary of the findings, policy implications, and recommendations for future research.
