TIME AS A METAPHYSICAL DETERMINANT

This study speculated on time as a metaphysical determinant of pedagogy. It was contended that time, through reasoning, propels teachers to teach with a view to enabling students perform well in examinations. Time has metaphysical ability to drive teachers to be committed to their work, either consciously or unconsciously. Individual teacher''s harmonious relationship with he cosmos is the driving force or the essence of pedagogy. By applying the theory of the Big Bang that explains the origin of the universe, every matter in the universe is related to one another. The relationship makes all matter to influence each other. All bodies within the cosmos influence any other body and the influence is a subject of scientific laws and philosophic speculation. When cosmic bodies like planets move, the teachers mind also moves with the cosmic bodies and the teacher''s reasoning concretizes the mind with the cosmic movement to result into efficient time keeping.
