Dr. Junghyun Cho is a Professor of Mechanical Engineering and Materials Science at Binghamton University, State University of New York. His research focuses on the development of ceramic coatings, electronic packaging materials, and 3D integration of semiconductor chips.
Prof. Olim Ruzimuradov is a Full Professor of Chemistry at Turin Polytechnic University in Tashkent, specializing in sol-gel science, nanotechnology, and eco-friendly materials for adsorption and photocatalysis.
