Life is the most precious treasure of every living being, for the human being it is essential to have a healthy lifestyle that guarantees health and a prolonged existence to enjoy his tastes and pleasures harmoniously. The health of any person depends on many factors, including genetics, the environment in which they develop, the society in which they live, etc., but the most important of all is their lifestyle and it is possible to act on it by adapting it and making it functional and efficient for its bearer. Every person can and should work for their health as long as they can remember, minimising risk factors and maximising protective factors. Tobacco, alcohol, illegal drugs, unhealthy diets, stress and sedentary lifestyles are lethal enemies that will slowly or rapidly undermine the health of any user.
