He presents his morning show weekdays from 10am-1pm across all of the groups Heart branded stations. Since January 5th, 2009, his show has been networked around the country to those former local stations now branded as Heart.Originally from Northampton, Anstis was educated at an all-boys' comprehensive school, Desborough School, in Maidenhead, Berkshire, followed by Roehampton Institute (now known as Roehampton University), where he studied Psychology and Business Studies. His degree was awarded by the University of Surrey.
