Todd Vaughn Devoe (born April 5, 1980 in Fort Lauderdale, Florida) is an American football wide receiver for the Arizona Rattlers of Arena Football 1. He was signed by the Baltimore Ravens as an undrafted free agent in 2003. He played college football at Central Missouri State. Devoe has also been a member of the Miami Dolphins, Tennessee Titans, Denver Broncos and Toronto Argonauts.American football, known in the United States simply as football and often as gridiron or tackle football outside the United States, is a competitive team sport known for combining strategy with physical play. The objective of the game is to score points by advancing the ball into the opposing team''s end zone. The winner is the team with the most points when the time expires.
