High Quality Content by WIKIPEDIA articles! Todd Clark Pettengill (born in Amsterdam, New York) is a radio disc jockey for WPLJ 95.5 in the New York area. He is perhaps best known for his tenure in the World Wrestling Federation as an on-screen interviewer in the mid 1990s.On WPLJ, he co-hosts the morning show with Scott Shannon, where he is most known for his phone scams. Todd Pettengill has been named Billboard Magazine Major Market Air personality of the year Six times and Radio and Records Major Market Air personality of the year four times. He founded Pettengill Productions,Inc in 1993 and 17Black,LLC in 2007. Pettengill was the host of a Saturday night 1980s music program known as Saturday Night at the 80s (later renamed Todd Pettengill at the 80's); however, he did not re-new the deal after the two year contract expired because there was no deal offered. The show was broadcast in 27 markets, including New York, Washington DC, Detroit and Miami.
