Todd Sickafoose is an American jazz and rock bassist originally from the San Francisco Bay Area who now lives in Brooklyn, New York. He is best known for playing bass with Ani DiFranco, but he has also led his own group called, "Todd Sickafoose''s Blood Orange". Sickafoose has been a member of the bands of Jenny Scheinman, Scott Amendola and Noe Venable. He has also performed and recorded with Don Byron, Trey Anastasio, Nels Cline, Ron Miles, Myra Melford, Adam Levy, Skerik, Stanton Moore, Bobby Previte, Will Bernard, Jessica Lurie, Erin McKeown, Gina Leishman, Carla Bozulich, Etienne de Rocher, The Clear, James Carney, Erik Deutsch, Shane Endsley, Tony Furtado, Darol Anger, Andrew Bird and John Zorn.
