Todito.com had more than 1.5 million active registered users. The business model of the site was based on revenue through publicity sales and as a content provider. As vice-president of new media at TV Azteca, also owned by Grupo Salinas, Parsa conducted the Internet strategy that would emerge as Todito.com. Todito.com portal featured national and international news, e-mail service with 50 MB of space per address, sections of photos and "Female Model of the Day" and "Male Model of the Day".
