Details

The aim of this study was to investigate the expression of TOLL-like receptors in human skin. Skin biopsies from 30 patients with psoriasis were examined. An increase in the expression of TOLL-like cells was found not only in affected skin, but also in apparently healthy skin. Further research will significantly expand the boundaries of our current understanding of the pathogenesis of psoriasis, as well as optimize treatment tactics.
