Tools based learning multimedia technologies

For several years the author conducted research in the areas of design multimedia electronic publications, theoretical study on the development of technological elements and instrumental basis of publications, conceptual principles of forming a multimedia publishing. The logical consequence of this research, which is in line with key global trends of electronic publishing, is the development of e-learning portal in the workplace. Celerity modern world requires the use of the quickest and cheapest way processes of generation and transmission of knowledge. E-learning is one of the possible tools that address this critical problem of our time. In the scientific plane is a practical task is realized in the form of the establishment of the methodology of the portal e-learning in the workplace.
