The administrative process is present in any branch of professional application, sometimes it is not possible to fully develop this process, this work tries to contribute to the fulfillment of the objectives starting with an analysis of the environment, in such a way that it begins by analyzing the internal and external factors of the organization, from this point, a general proposal is developed so that the administrator can have tools that contribute to the development of a complete and adequate process.
