Quality products can only stand tall in the present ultra hyper business market at long time. Nowadays peoples are buying all products even life style goods like dress materials, chapels, mobiles and other fashion items, etc. through online without touching the materials. So proving the quality of the product is only help to continuously buy the same product by existing customers.No one companies can stop to improving the quality at any level reached even fifty years old successfully running companies also. If they are stopped to improve the quality or not including the customer requirements that will immediately reflects in their revenues. Customer is the king and backbone of all business. If you satisfy the customer; you will win the business. Anybody can manufacture any type of product; but nobody can easily sell their products without studying customer's mind and quality. Hence studying and understanding the basics and concepts of TQM is most important for all Engineers and Managers. This book gives you a basic knowledge in the field of TQM.
