This book discusses "tourism and hospitality" from different perspectives and disciplines. In addition, this book, considering the tourism and hotel management terminology, is expected to be a source book for the theoretical and practical scientific studies in the fields which is in close relationship such as gastronomy, recreation and marketing.
There is a continued need for overarching and profound approaches to tourism and hospitality. The concept of tourism and hospitality needs to be thoroughly considered so that issues with an ever-increasing complexity and interconnectivity can be understood and dealt with. This book has been prepared, by pursuing a scientific goal in the field of tourism and hotel management, in order to create a resource for the academicians and sector representatives who conduct researches on the subject. The current issues in the book have been determined by taking into consideration the lack of resources in the field of tourism and hotel management and the latest research areas in the international literature.

His research interests include tourism, gastronomy, hospitality and also tourism industry. Özgür Yayla, Asst. Prof. Dr., is working as an academician at the Department of Recreation Management at Manavgat Faculty of Tourism, Akdeniz University, Turkey. His research interests include recreation, tourism, hospitality, leisure and also destination management. Alper I n, PhD., is working as an academician at the Department of Gastronomy and Culinary Arts at Ankara Hac Bayram Veli University, Turkey. His research interests include tourism, gastronomy, food & beverage management and also destination marketing. Turhan Çetin, Prof. Dr., is working as an academician at the Department of Social Studies Education at Gazi University, Turkey.
