At the same time, urban forms and practices have been turned upside down, between a paralysis of places of sociability, the appearance of new rhythms of life and services such as the development of teleworking, a mistrust of public transport networks opening up temporary avenues of tactical urbanism...This book develops aspects of urban transformation by elucidating the role of systems of interaction between the different levels of intervention in the reflection on the city of tomorrow in the face of urban risks.
