Towards E-Government in Kurdistan Region- Iraq

The effective impact on the public activities makes the phenomenon e-government grow rapidly and widely in many countries in the world, so the government can provide and deliver services from its varied departments to the citizens(G2C)and businesses(G2B)as well as to the other arms of the government(G2G)to be more active, efficient, transpartent and accountable in one hand, and to reduce the fixed cost, eliminate routine's problems, and save time in the daily public activities and transactions in the second hand. E-Government is one of the most effective and efficient tools that enable you to have more about the government administration processes and activities within the environment you live along 24 hours a day and 7 days a week eGovernment will enhance Transparency and fight corruption in the entire industry. eGovernment by E-Democracy is the effective tool to enhance the Democratic system and defeat Dictatorial regime. eGovernment will open doors for all to share the Decisions Makers with important Decisions.
